London Food and Drink

I am currently writing the Going Out section for the first London Explorer guidebook. Will be spending the next month trekking across town, sampling the best (and inevitably the worst) London's restaurants, bars and pubs have to offer. If you have any recommendations for places I really must suss out, or any I should avoid at all costs, let me know.
